Adolescent Young Women and Mothers Empowered is a medical clinic located in Rhodes Park, Lusaka, Zambia. We provide comprehensive Training and capacity building strengthening, evidenced-based data generation, and Small indigenous and community-based-organization (CBO) incubation. Our friendly and experienced staff are dedicated to improving the lives of AGYW mothers in lasting ways by promoting evidence-based and age-appropriate information, knowledge, and life skills that improve access to sexual reproductive health services (including HIV prevention and treatment), vocational and skills training, economic strengthening and social protection assistance. Evidence-based aGYw data generation
Our organization is comprised of an experienced team that strives to develop and disseminate evidence and knowledge on health, as well as to provide complete information and education in order to assist and influence policy and management decision-making.

Small indigenous and community based-organisation (CBO) incubation
The SICBO incubation program has been developed for AYWME to provide mentoring and capacity-building services to such small organisations on topics such as project management, financial management, human resources management, resource mobilisation, donor relations, communications; and, monitoring and evaluation

Training and capacity building strengthening
To increase access and linkages to formal education, skills-based trainings, sexual reproductive health, HIV, TB and malaria services through partnerships and collaborations with public sector and private sector partners.
